Screen printing is a big process, and with over 20 years combined industry experience, we are here to help! We have made and sold a lot of shirts.
Star Holler is an eco-friendly screen printing shop in Candler, NC, just outside of Asheville. We offer eco-friendly inks or tradtional plastisol. With our closed loop sink system and evaporation techniques, none of the chemicals wash down the drain.
Already have a design? We are happy to work with you to print these as well, we will ask to see the art and provide image guidelines to ensure it looks good as a scree print.

For a one color design, our minimum screen print order is 30 pieces. The minimums go up as the ink colors change and increase in number.

You can use up to 4 colors for our screen print method, however the minimums go up as the number of colors increases. We are happy to chat with you about your art and budget to see if screen printing or heat pressing is a better option for you.
Screen printing is a complex process that uses natural resources and supplies. As an eco-friendly print shop, we believe that if a shirt cannot be said in 4 colors or less, than the design should be heat transferred. This is because many designs that are more colors can be designed down to 4 or less. We are very good at helping your with this. Less colors on a shirt means less ink, more comfortable, and more affordable. You can only charge so much for a shirt, so why maximize your production costs of it? We help you make more of a profit and your customer enjoy their shirt more with this practice. We use less natural resources.

We prefer that you do not. We have a wholesale account with a supplier and offer our cutomers our discounts. We prefer to order the garments ourselves because we like to get a few extra in case there are any misprints, and sometimes we print perfectly and our customers get a few extra.

After the final designs are finalized and invoice approved, we will take 10-14 days to complete your order. We can do rush orders sometimes.
