There are two pricing structures we offer for live hat printing depending on the event.

For music, film, and art festivals and other market events

1. No up front costs. We will come with our set up and provide free promotional printing for your event. We provide everything and take out the headache of expensive up front merch costs and guess work. We will create the designs we know will sell the best and that speak to the event.

For weddings and corporate events

2. We will work with you to create the perfect designs for your event. We charge by the design and can make as many as you want. Based on your attendance, we will help order the best hat options for the event. On the day of the event, we will charge an hourly rate including set up, and the duration of the event. Some travel costs may be added based on location. We will invoice for designs and hats prior to the event. At the event we will ask for payment for our printing time.

We need a 8x6' space and access to a power outlet for live hat printing. It takes us one hour to set up. Our set up is professional and fits into any event seamlessly. 

Please reach out to us about your event. Include the dates, times, location, and expected attendance. We will create original hat designs after learning more about your event. We will share our designs and a few mockups to you for approval and promotion. On the day of the event we will arrive an hour before it starts to set up. We will print through the course of your event and provide great guest care and experience. 

Ideally we have a month to work with you before the event. This will allow us time to create custom hat designs perfect for your event and to get everything ordered in time. The more time the better!
